Xtra have changed their filters again :mad: For several weeks now I have had lots of people who have exta all of a sudden not receiving their mails, it can be invoices, or other mails that are triggering it. On just about every occasion, the mails been in the spam box. |

So where are the emails from trademe going?? Regards Ron.. ihug don't have a spam folder in webmail or any other place where you can view what is marked as spam. If their spam filter decides something is spam it just deletes it. Their spam filter usually works quite well though and I have received trademe emails in my ihug email before so you may need to look elsewhere. Are you sure they are actually being sent. Also check in your email progran to see if they have gone into the junk folder or deleted items there. |
