1132123 2010-08-27 02:33:00 utorrent normally always opens up on my secondary monitor. but now it opens on my main one, ever since i disabled my second monitor then re enabled it due to a one off issue.

now i keep on having to drag utorrent to the secondary monitor and maximize. how do i fix it so it always shows up on the secondary monitor like it used to? its utorrent 1.8.3

1132124 2010-08-27 02:49:00 You can do that usually with the graphics driver. I've done it in the past with the nVidia drivers, I presume something is there the same in the ATI driver too? Chilling_Silence (9)
1132125 2010-08-27 03:07:00 Windows applications by default remember which position they were when closed...Open the program, move and resize as desired, then close. re-open should stay where it was closed in both position and size! SolMiester (139)
1132126 2010-08-27 03:10:00 Tried that, it dont work goodiesguy (15316)
1132127 2010-08-27 03:11:00 Tried that, it dont work

Then delete the setting.ini file or the registry key for the program...

1132128 2010-08-27 03:26:00 there is no setting.ini file for it. and the registry did nothing goodiesguy (15316)
1132129 2010-08-27 03:54:00 If its ATI then AFAIK you do have to drag it across. Not much else you can do about it. For it to appear on the other monitor Speedy Gonzales (78)
1132130 2010-08-27 04:08:00 Get an nVidia card ;) Chilling_Silence (9)
1132131 2010-08-27 04:13:00 i thought ATI is better? goodiesguy (15316)
1132132 2010-08-27 04:29:00 Maybe for some things, but for what you want to do, then no. Nvidia cards will do it without you having to drag it. And will let you (well the last time I used one) let you see 2 different screens. Its not that easy with ATI cards Speedy Gonzales (78)
