1132119 2010-08-27 01:41:00 Hi there. What are the real world Photoshop CS5 min spec's, are the ADOBE quoted min specs realistic?? P4, 1G RAM etc

"qualified hardware-accelerated OpenGL graphics card"
Is this needed (ie install a PCIe graphics card upgrade). I have been told it will install & run on 'onboard' video on new PC's (intel G45 graphics chip)

The PC in question is a new 2.8Ghz dual core, 2G

Cheers

1132121 2010-08-27 08:48:00 Photoshop has 3D features that use your GPU. You'll probably find you can install it and run, but performance might be hindered and some features may not be available. SoniKalien (792)
1132122 2010-08-27 10:19:00 I have photoshop cs5 on my pc, which is a Compaq Presario CQ2100AN, and it only has 1gb of RAM @ 1.6gHz (intel Atom), and the only thing that I can't do is the 3D rendering. dpDesignz (15919)
