I cannot re-load from my ACER System CD. It comes up with:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWEARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CUR RENTVERSION\SHAREDDLLs.

ERROR:
1603 (Msi.chm) or MSDN

Please help.

I can use the programme a few times then it says it it missing dlls and I have to reinstall it.

That sounds like a corrupted hard drive to me (starting to lose sectors), do a chkdsk (www.computerhope.com) on it (or use the recovery console to do same), and perhaps plan to back up your data quite soon :eek:.

Aternatively, is this your laptop that had XP on it, and is now Win7, perhaps that old prog is not compatible with 7.
