That sounds like a corrupted hard drive to me (starting to lose sectors), do a chkdsk (www.computerhope.com) on it (or use the recovery console to do same), and perhaps plan to back up your data quite soon :eek:. NTI CD Maker... last time I saw that was back in 2001 and I believe it was designed for Windows NT\2000.. Aternatively, is this your laptop that had XP on it, and is now Win7, perhaps that old prog is not compatible with 7. |
