| 1131747 | 2010-08-26 05:39:00 | HI, I am going to set up a raid 0 config with two 500gb caviar black drives, my question is what driver will i need to install so that during windows setup it will recognize the array? i have windows vista 64bit and an upgrade to windows 7 64bit and my motherboard is a gigabyte p55a-ud4p. I found these on the gigabyte site but i don't know which raid driver to get. www.gigabyte.com P.s sorry for the basic question i have never attempted a raid config before :confused: |

| 1131750 | 2010-08-26 06:18:00 | from all its details on the GB site, it looks like the same - same version, same date, same size. maybe someone else can chime in re: the two windows. maybe you could install the win7 straight? maybe it request the vista cd for validation. if not i thinkt he sensible way would be install vista use the driver (appears the same) .. then upgrade without needing another driver. |

NZ is generally right near the bottom of that list with Fiji as well ... we're on the same time zone. those files are for in windows installation. dunno what exactly thou. maybe driver stuff. |
