Would that be legal? Because i know if you swear in public it's illegal but if you swear on private property it's NOT illegal. |

So if a person threw litter on the guys property, then maybe it could be seen as self defence if the property owner pointed a gun at the person to try and make the person not throw litter on his property again. |
