851675 2010-01-25 04:31:00 Hi Guys

Yet another viscous attack by some violent dogs in Taneatua

And some silly moo from the SPCA comes on the radio and says its not just Pit Bulls and Staffy crosses that attack, Jack Russells are also high up on the list.

My solution is put down every pit bull and staffy cross. (these latest 2 were not registered so what did that stupid dog chipping law achieve ?

Can someone ask that silly women how many people have been severely injured by a Jack Russell ?

The thing with Pit bulls etc is that it is in their breed to bite and not let go. You need to be pretty strong to get one off you.

851676 2010-01-25 04:56:00 My solution is everyone should stop blaming the f**king dogs and take some responsibility.

Dogs need a reason to bite. They will usually only bite when provoked. And if they are walking round biting people out of the blue then someone/something has seriously screwed them up.

However you must not also forget that as with humans any animals can also have bad bones. However in most cases it's always the owners. Like that bloody mongrel who fed 5 live kittens to his dog.

851681 2010-01-25 06:37:00 That micro chipping of all dogs that the Greens/Labour brought in to control dangerous dogs is still working as well as it ever will. Stupid politicians. CliveM (6007)

Is there any other kind?

851683 2010-01-25 07:32:00 Have got two well behaved dogs and after decades of involvement the only true attack was a serious hand bite on SWMBO (silly dog) by a Jack Russell, so the SPCA probably have it right.
Size doesn't matter?

851684 2010-01-25 07:38:00 Jack Russels are pretty damn nippy. Don't really like them either. Size does matter in many cases....you won't find chihuahuas becoming killers anytime soon! qazwsxokmijn (102)
