852925 2010-02-01 17:48:00 I bought a desktop computer from NL a few years ago that drove me crazy and when I took it back I received a replacement there and then.
I think a lot of the time it can come down to how you approach the problem, ranting and raving generally gets you nowhere, but being reasonable and polite whilst being firm about your expected outcome usually gets results.

As for an MY30...
I usually rely on my innate male skill of knowing exactly where I am at all times and the compass in my head leads me to my destination....eventually..

852926 2010-02-01 19:31:00 Yes who needs a GPS. If I'm going to a strange place I always take a map. A 5 min browse of the map is all I need and store the information in my head. I was always tops at geography at school.
