There might be 300-400k, haven't seen but they might need work and they probably are compact 3 bedroom place. The ones I have seen are maybe a slightly newer but their house size is only 80 metre square. Your older NZ style houses in established suburbs might be 110 metre square. I figured for renting a compact 3 room might be ok, but for long term for yourself and others, you may want something better. There are also areas where it might be cheaper too.. Wellington might be Porirua, the Hutt and Wainui etc. |
