SMACKING is illegal; shooting if carried out with reverent and educational motivation is fine. In fact under some interpretations of the treaty it may be compulsory. |

| 852119 | 2010-01-28 05:34:00 | well sorry man your wrong: www.voxy.co.nz Man shot his friend in self-defence found not guilty of murder or manslaughter. So if a person threw litter on the guys property, then maybe it could be seen as self defence if the property owner pointed a gun at the person to try and make the person not throw litter on his property again. Doesn't make it legal just means his lawyer convinced the jury not to convict. Totally different to what's legal or not |

| 852121 | 2010-01-28 06:08:00 | well sorry man your wrong: I have noticed that you're always wrong, without fail. Your allowed to use enough force to stop someone assaulting you, anymore and then your assaulting them. Personally I'd be quite happy to shoot any filthy piece of **** that decided they had the right to be in my property but in the eyes of the law thats overkill (thats the way I like it Baby, No one wants to live forever) Having said that, Presenting a gun for littering?, That's just silly. and Don't forget the Joker. |
