1132184 2010-08-27 05:51:00 Hey all -

I want to buy a 802.11n router as I have just got an iPad and our flatmate is moving out with his wireless router. But for the life of me, I can't seem to work out what the hell I should be buying?!?

I don't need anything complex, just 4 port ethernet (doesn't have to be fast), wireless with n and maybe a firewall that I can pin hole? Coverage doesn't matter as the house isn't that big either.

Any ideas??

1132186 2010-08-27 07:21:00 I'm researching for a wireless one as well, found this link from Computer Store NZ Wireless Routers (www.computerstore.co.nz), which has a list of routers with pricing, specs, tips, etc... kahawai chaser (3545)

1132188 2010-08-27 10:51:00 Can we also assume its a ADSL Router you are after, and not a Cable one for Telstra's cable network.

The two types are different, Eg: a ADSL wont work on a telstra cable.
