Got the Veon 50' 4K Ultra HD TV last week from the warehouse last week, (which supports up to 3840 x 2160) The onboard video supports up to 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz / 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz. But none of the higher resolutions appear under display settings I know I wont get 4096, because the TV doesnt support it |

| 1453295 | 2018-09-04 00:11:00 | Intel drivers arent that easy to find! Their site is screwed The windowsupdate drivers were installed. Uninstalled them. Tried the ASUS drivers. Same thing . Only went to 1920x1080. Most sites say any HDMI cable will do. And most support 4K |

| 1453296 | 2018-09-04 02:25:00 | If you look up the CPU and find out the specific intel GPU series and google that the drivers are usually quite easy to find. For example on intels site we see an i5 6500 has intel HD graphics 530, so we google HD graphics 530 driver and get www.google.com.au The first result takes you straight to it. but then I've had issues with intel graphics before so I've developed this two step process :) Might pay to check the motherboard manual, 4K may only be supported on one specific output and/or be limited to 30hz over HDMI depending on the version. OK for video but terrible for gaming |

| 1453297 | 2018-09-04 02:30:00 | Another thought which I'd assumed you already did, from the advanced settings for the monitor have you tried unticking the box that hides unsupported modes and manually choosing 4K from the drop down list ? I can be more specific at the moment as I have limited access to this PC but all versions of windows I've seen have that option. In windows 8 for example it's under screen resolution - advanced settings. |

| 1453299 | 2018-09-04 03:39:00 | It's an H97M-E which supports up to 4096. With the onboard graphics. Umm the CPU G3240 3.1 . The tv the veon 50 inch 4k. SR0504K2018. The mobo onboard video, supports the resolutions I posted. It should support between the 2 resolutions as well. Not too worried about games. I use an Xbox for that | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||

| 1453302 | 2018-09-04 04:12:00 | With a different CPU it would probably do that res. it's only at 24Hz though - honestly not worth worrying about when it's that refresh rate, it looks awful. Gives some people headaches. Better just sticking to 1080p @ 60 Hz for general content/use. | wratterus (105) | ||
