I buy frozen chicken pieces mostly...they come in a plastic bag, a thick one. Hot chickens? They get put in that foil bag. Fresh? Well who leaves chicken lying about in hot cars anyway? No matter what it is in then, you're risking illness. Also you should cook it thoroughly, no pink - thats what kills the germ. And wash your resuable bag, they are made for that, who doesn't wash things? hell I was the kitchen dishcloth and sponges even. In the dishwasher. |

Bathing in the dishwasher may get you sparkling clean and ensure twinkling eyes, but those chemical cleaners, plus the rather hot rinse water may give you a nasty rash. Curling up in there during the full drying cycle can play havoc on your back too. Sometimes the old ways are best. ;) |
