| 1453146 | 2018-08-29 01:25:00 | I have a new "set-up" using Win 10, Firefox and went to Gmail to get rid of the excessive spam. An email contact has been sending me MP4 video clips, which I cannot view without downloading the same seperately, i.e. it won't play them directly but gives an error report directing me to a number of apps. Try this -- Log into your Gmail - top right click on the cog (settings) Select Go back to Classic, once the page reloads try again. 9024 Just did a test and on the new layout it didn't want to know about it, changed back to classic and the video opens and plays fine. |
