Its been proven in the past history - doesn't matter whats changed or agreed to nothing is ever good enough - still want more. If every non Maori pissed off from NZ that still wouldn't be good enough. Not all Maori are like that, hell I know several that are real great people and are actually ashamed to be associated with half the crap that's going on. |

Although "ashamed" is apt, I have heard the word "embarrassed" used. It seems that most maori do not want to be associated with this minority. It is not a day of celebration. It is not a day that makes any NZers proud. It is a day of shame. I have no intention of recognising the Maori National Protest Day and will treat it as any other Saturday. I want no part of this stupidity. |
