Say someone talking about memory on computer and someone comes with memory problems of Auntie caused by Alzhieimers. Couldn't imagine a mod gives a rats arse about ot on world chat. Hadn't thought of that, thanks, nice to be in the loop! |

The best fish I ever had though was Butterfish caught fresh on a spear at Cape Terawhiti while standing on the rocks. They feed off kelp so you can't get them on a line. We got crays as well using Paua as bait. Up the beach with those and dropped into a 4 gallon kerosene tin full of boiling salt water. |

| 854232 | 2010-02-01 22:44:00 | Why disguise the flavour of fish? Reminds me once again of curried crayfish. OK, steamed with julienne ginger + spring onion. Drizzled with smoking hot oil after and then a little soy sauce. |
