| 853272 | 2010-01-30 09:11:00 | At the moment if it was winter, we would have 2 heaters in the main room going for hours a day. Then 1 in each bedroom. Doing insulation would cost heaps. $8k perhaps. From what I understand heat pump is more efficient than regular heaters. Get 4 heat pumps and you won't even need walls. ;) Insulation has a pretty good payback, works all seasons and doesn't need a lot of maintenance. |
