854162 2010-02-01 08:23:00 My first PC I thought was a ripoff but some yrs after that I saw some receipts and quotes from other store.

Ours first was a 386 SX-25. 50MB. 5". Two grand wasn't that excl the windows and the dos and the MS Works. Well dos could of been preloaded right in the past and they still made you pay for it. No disk provided.

Other store was was a 286 with a 3" drive.

I like if they stop calling them Pentiums and put the numbers back. They been using Pentium since the early 90s.
We didn't use Comodore 64s, got our first PC when I was 13. We had the 386 right up to 1995 :D
