However my friend is on iHug and has a download speed of 20kb/s, he called them and they said that it should be 256kb/s so they said it was where he was living. The neighbors are on the same plan at the correct speed :lol:. |

There's the likely probability it's more to do with your local exchange, home wiring, and your broadband modem. Apparently you've not seen the constant issues Ihug / Vodafone have with their email servers ;) |
