856487 2010-02-09 02:55:00 Guy bought a CHEAP! laptop in Thailand.

Oh dear, it's now got a big fat message all over the screen, this is Not Genuine.
While he was there he bought a wife too apparently.

Wife seems OK, I felt sorry for her, his house is crap, he is crap and the laptop, well not only is it an Acer, it originally came with Linux.
Should have left it that way, but the nice boys at the Thai shop took it out the back and "installed it for him".

He didn't want to pay MS $237.
He didn't want to pay me less either to get a genuine COA.

856491 2010-02-09 05:29:00 Tom Yum soup from any Thai takeaway is almost always good value.

I've made Tom Yum a couple of times but I never get it as good as the Thais make it. :(

[edit] but I have to say... for a quick 'n easy Thai flavour burst - Trident Thai Hot and Spicy noodles are the business! (especially for just 75c a packet!)
