Also what do you mean by smoother? what specifically appears slow loading, running games? |

If using Firefox, their are add ons that can make things smoother or easier. I assume you have installed and are running security/cleaning tools that many here use. But are you having issues with W7/PC? |

| 1135854 | 2010-09-11 00:40:00 | Uninstall Windows, replace with Puppy Linux...sorted :D Thumbs up to that but: Keep Windows and use Puppy as yr main OS.A few things are best done in Windows and the change to Puppy requires a bit of sorting but once u r sorted it is great. |

Got that right, the other PC here (a P4 2.4) should be fast enough. But the SATA 1 hdd is probably slowing it down. It takes forever just formatting the hdd, so I can put XP on it |
