| 1136770 | 2010-09-13 06:45:00 | Ok sorry if this is a noobish question but I currently have a ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS with a low quality quality 420w psu and an old 9800gt and a AMD Athlon X 2 240 oc'd to 3.2. Google wont tell me if it will support a Corsair TX-650 ATX 650W power supply with a 460GTX. Also will the 460 be held back by my cpu? Any help would be appreciated :thanks |

The motherboard is there to have every else connected to it - like a better CPU. Yes, the BIOS can matter for overclocking but that's as far as performance goes for motherboards. GPU first. CPU second. |
