| 1136744 | 2010-09-13 00:06:00 | I bought MS Office Small Business 2007 and just activated my free upgrade to Office 2010. I also downloaded upgrade to Business Contacts Manager 2010 and it seem to install fine. I can open and use Outlook 2010 but not BCM. The message I get when I try is: "The set of folders cannot be opened. store not configured" Looked around the MS forums which recommend I set up a new mail profile which I did but still no luck. I am running XP. Anyone solved this problem? Should I unistall BCM 2010 and reinstall BCM 2007 - will this still work ok with Outlook 2010? Cheers |

| 1136745 | 2010-09-13 00:40:00 | There should be an "Import Contacts" feature in 2010 which will allow you to import your 2007 contacts .... try using the 2010 help before you uninstall / reinstall I've recently changed from 2007 > 2010 but everything went without a hitch, all files transfered over automatically. | SP8's (9836) | ||
| 1136746 | 2010-09-13 02:41:00 | Thanks, I ran the install exe file again and this time it did something different. When I opened up BCM again it asked me to Migrate my previous Database which I did. Now it seems to be working, although its running very slow! | Spoodleydog (15978) | ||
