If you work out,that they get a ,say 15-20% return on their investment and the rest is tax,nothing wrong with that. If they don't like it,then use another lot. Had a good mate who was in charge of Rimu logging on the coast,he assured me they did more good than harm. As they went they killed rats cats,stoats etc,and if the found a unusual Rimu they put metal round it to stop Possum eating it. They did a very careful plan,which they could show that they could take a manageable amount of Rimu forever. |
