I recall last time they offered a free day for the outages, they may have also had outages on that freeday! 5% off a monthly pass, that is like one working day. Very stingy, should be more like 25% off. I recall int eh paper, they said they wouldn't offer compensation, becuase they need to spend the money on improving the network. Eventually it will improve, when they bring in the new trains, and we will all forget about these times. |
