| 1139167 | 2010-09-23 22:35:00 | Hi guys,Are there any programs that I can use that will show me (in real time)what programs are down loading or uploading.My internet meter shows lots of activity,but I have no idea who or what it is.I have done virus scans (nod32) and it comes up clean. | 1139170 | 2010-09-23 23:43:00 | Track4Win (http://www.track4win.com/) will tell you exactly what programs, and who (if on a LAN, as long as the program is on all PC's) are doing what at what times and how long, how much data usage etc. If its a single pc you need to put in both the server and client - if using Nod32, you have to make an exception and tell nod to ignore the program / mark as good, as basically its spying on activity - which is what malware does. Its harmless, but it will provide you with all the info, the place its reporting to is YOU, the server - no where else. DONT go hiding it as you can, if you screw something up its damn hard to remove if its hidden. The trial version will work long enough to let you see whats doing what. |
