| 1138675 | 2010-09-21 04:48:00 | Another Problem. Whenever I hit the "print screen" it just locks up my computer.Keyboard and mouse are frozen. Even my "turn off" button does nothing. But the reboot button works and that frees everything. This does this every time I touch Print screen. It does not matter what program I am in. Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut to take a screen shot? I've forgotten it an am wondering if that works. |

| 1138678 | 2010-09-21 07:52:00 | If you are using Win 7 you could type snipping into the search bar to bring up the snipping tool and capture all or part of the screen. | Snorkbox (15764) | ||

| 1138682 | 2010-09-22 22:05:00 | This is getting more serious. I have installed a new keyboard and the problem is still there! If I touch the "print screen" my computer just locks up.Even the on/off key won't work. The only thing still working is the reboot button. Every other key works without trouble. My keyboard is a Logitech G15. I had an identical keyboard for the past three years and it worked perfectly untill a couple of days ago. I have the latest 64 bit drivers. Seems to me it's a computer fault, or a windows fault, but what? To the best of my knowledge I have not changed anything that could cause any problem. One day it was working properly, the next day it wasn't. My o/s is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. |
