| 861734 | 2010-03-02 02:18:00 | I think you are all being a bit hard, but i do sort of agree with every one I think there is a big difference between a 13 year old walking the streets and a 21 year old walking the streets at 3 am If either commit a crime at this time (say robbing a bank - good luck with that at 3am or breaking windows) i think the parents should be responsible for the 13 year old but the 21 year old is old enough to walk his own line Should the parents be punished for the 13 year olds crime - possibly yes but i think the 13 year old should be punished also Just remember at 3am "always blow on the pie" whats the big difference? age? obviously. i don't think anyone can say that all 21 year olds can defend themselves better than all 13 year olds. a 13 year old could know karate and a 21 year old may not know any fighting styles or self defence techniques. |
