| 863261 | 2010-03-02 23:11:00 | Looking at getting one for the Father-In-Law, and just wondering if they work with the Sky Digital boxes? His telly is a Panasonic Plasma (only a few months old), so I assume this won't be a problem? | nofam (9009) | ||
| 863262 | 2010-03-02 23:17:00 | www.1-day.co.nz Looking at that? :p I'm not sure on the compatibility sorry, although I bought a dirt cheap philips one a while back and it works fine with an old Sky decoder, just looked at the brand of it and punched in the codes till one worked. |

That's the funny thing Wrat - I wasn't . . . . . I'd been poking around on Pricespy, and then checked 1day at 12:00 like I always do . . . . . Gotta be lucky sometimes I guess!! :D Was thinking about the model up from that one, but that price is pretty sharp! |

| 863264 | 2010-03-02 23:24:00 | I used to own that exact model - and yes, it worked just fine to control sky digital. I had to train it from the existing remote though, as there wasn't a pre-made template for it (although there are for most appliances). Note that this may have changed - the templates are hosted on Logitech's site, and they keep adding more. |

| 863265 | 2010-03-02 23:56:00 | I have setup these with the MySkyHDi boxes without needing to train it from the original remote. | CYaBro (73) | ||

They had the colour screen version of that remote a few weeks ago, and it wasn't much more than the one they have got on their now . I think the colour version is quite a bit better . |

| 863267 | 2010-03-03 01:02:00 | Does anyone know if Teletext can be accessed with the remote currently advertised on 1-day? | FoxyMX (5) | ||
| 863268 | 2010-03-03 01:28:00 | Does anyone know if Teletext can be accessed with the remote currently advertised on 1-day? YOu could try to ask them, as they are the retailer. HOwever you will be lucky to get a reply in time, as they hardly ever use their live chat as it is always offline, they don't have a phone number, and they don't always reply to the comments in their comments page. |

| 863269 | 2010-03-03 02:15:00 | Does anyone know if Teletext can be accessed with the remote currently advertised on 1-day? Yes it can be used for Teletext, if your TV supports it. It has the 4 coloured buttons on the bottom and the usual numbers for jumping to pages. The only thing it doesn't have is a hard button labeled Text, or whatever, for accessing Teletext. This is not a problem though as you can assign the Teletext function to any hard button on the remote or use one of the 4 buttons alongside the LCD screen. |
