| 863879 | 2010-03-05 03:49:00 | I have a pair of Sennheiser PX100s. They are designed for portable devices so they don't use that much power (well they definitely use less than the typical massive cans-over-your-ears designs). But the sound quality is really good for their size. They are good enough that I use them as my main headphones when I use the computer without using the main speakers. Really good bass and treble response too. The only bad thing about them is that they are 'open' - that is, they don't block outside noises that well. That may or may not be a bad thing (eg you are walking, you want to be able to hear traffic so there are no accidents etc etc) I got mine for about $110, but you can probably get them for under $100 now. |
