| 1140861 | 2010-10-01 06:29:00 | From memory, I think the trick is to use the words "Prezzy Card Holder" in the "Cardholder Name" field... whatever is printed on the card, make sure you duplicate it exactly. If it's in capitals, use capitals, if it's a mix of upper and lower case, then duplicate that exactly too. Steam can be a real swine at the best of times, so it might not be an issue with your cards. Patience and persistence should get a result... eventually. |
