1140415 2010-09-29 00:14:00 I currently have a wireless-n router located in the downstairs floor of our two storied house serving PCs and laptops on both floors. The wireless reception strength downstairs is great but it can lag/weaken at times upstairs.

I've been considering buying a 2nd router (possibly a cheaper wireless-b/g job and not another wireless-n one) and placing it upstairs to boost the signal on that floor.

Is that easily achieveable (having 2 routers on the same network)?
And will it actually achieve the desired result (i.e. increase signla sstrength snd access speed on the top floor of the house)?

Note: The current wireless router connects to a telstraclear cable modem.

Thanks
