| 864969 | 2010-03-08 10:26:00 | If you're lucky, they might have a telecom voicemail service. Try calling 083210, and enter in their phone number as the mailbox number and it might say whose it is. Not sure if this will still work, I know it used to. |

| 864975 | 2010-03-08 22:12:00 | Just ask them to hold on while you check. Have another quick speech every 6 minutes where you explain their call is important to you. It's more satisfying to do it to land agents though, especially when there are cellphones at both ends. |
