| 864977 | 2010-03-08 23:11:00 | Couldnt imagine life without caller id now if it comes up with private it does not get answered especially around tea time. About 10 years ago I did a phone questionaire it was about banking since then they must have my number as a soft target. | prefect (6291) | ||
| 864978 | 2010-03-08 23:39:00 | It's Skype. Does Caller ID on a Landline display more than just the number these days? |

| 864980 | 2010-03-09 04:01:00 | Ah - thanks Geekster Skype already displays the calling number for me - but if I don't recognise the number, I still have a choice to make: Answer or Decline. Generally if it says Blocked or Private Number I decline - if the calling party isn't up-front enough to supply sufficient information for me to make an informed decision whether to answer or not, then I choose to NOT answer. Bugger them. If it's important, they'll leave a message. This applies to Skype, cell or landline. |
