Moaning while continuing to give them your money accomplishes nothing. Why would they bother to do anything other than just what they have been - everyone continues to use them anyway. Like the sheep they are. Nice theory, every company I have tried has been as bad if not shockingly worse then telecom, and telecom still get their cut. After a few months of bizarre incompetence and utter crap service from callplus it was nearly enjoyable to talk to a Telecom worker. Vodafone, xnet, orcon can all go to hell as well. |
