Do all AM3 AMD cpu's have the same free/default cooler bundled with them? |

Depends on if you buy one with a cooler or cpu only. Mine came with one - proper boxed set. No sticker :( |

All boxed ones, of the same generation. |

Well current AM3 CPUs range from 45w - 125w, I would imagine they use smaller coolers for the less powerful CPUs. |

I've always bought AMD CPU's and they have always come with a CPU cooler. |

No, they are not all exactly the same cooler.
OEM-packaged CPUs typically will not include an HSF at all. |

However if your looking for one I have the heatsink and fan from an AMD Phenon 2 black edition waiting for somebody to make me an offer on |
