I am in the process of applying for jobs around the Auckland region. Would anyone be kind enough to spend some time to check my cover letter? Thank you.

Cheers :)

867077 2010-04-02 07:38:00 I've just added this point to my cover letter:

This year, I have been volunteering at the Auckland Hospital pharmacy. The duties and tasks performed such as processing a prescription and stock-taking have provided me an insight into how a pharmacy is run. The experience gained will assist me to perform better as a prospective intern pharmacist.

Does that make sense?

If you don't mind my input, I would change a couple of things.

This year, I have been volunteering at the Auckland Hospital pharmacy. The duties and tasks performed such as processing a prescription and stock-taking have provided me an insight into how a pharmacy is run. The experience gained will assist me to perform better as a prospective intern pharmacist.
