Because right now when I need to find something I have to go to each of my pcs turn it on and then go through all the shares and hope it is in one.

(www.snapfiles.com) You might need to spend a little time to set up first to create your database. I use to use disclib for cataloging music files from CD's and folders to easily tell which CD. Some utilities may be able to cross reference different drives. kahawai chaser (3545)

1142188 2010-10-06 22:35:00 One trick I learnt is by copying the dll/index file rom disclib's source folder (the file that contained my initial database), and back it up on USB. Then create other databases and back up the corresponding index files. Then I think swap them out to display different catalogs. But probably other utilities to display multi catalogs. kahawai chaser (3545)
