| 1142182 | 2010-10-06 14:27:00 | I toasted one of my computer so I figure I'll take the old 5 year old case and put a i3 CPU which I think is better than my E6550 Intel. I was going to build a i5 or i7 but I'm not sure about the case, if I should get a new one or not. If I should get a new case then I'll go with a i5. | 1142184 | 2010-10-06 17:53:00 | I'm not sure about the case, if I should get a new one or not. Cases aren't important really. Your choice of CPU shouldn't have anything to do with the case. If it's a standard ATX case and you're happy with it, then leave it. What does matter is the PSU - never use a bundled PSU. |
