867810 2010-03-16 23:57:00 Currently in my PC I have a realtek card and a soundblaster card.

The soundblaster card I had installed because of the music I wanted to do.

To be honest, I have found soundblaster to be more of a listeners choice more than a makers choice. The realtek is actually kicking ass!

Is it worth me taking the soundblaster out to sell or are soundcards kinda another 'noone really wants a nice sound card' device?

867811 2010-03-17 00:31:00 You may be right. I have a creative X-Fi and use Audacity to record LP Vinyl and have no software for musical instruments. Most motherboards come with enough on board for the average listener.

As to re-sale what model do you have?
