2010-10-06 18:09:00 | I find that elive in Auckland are very good. (Doesn't 80 gig sound small or quaint)

2010-10-06 18:58:00 | In any event, I wouldn't pay anything like $119 for a 250GB drive, but that is another matter. I dunno, I'd pay $119 for a decent 250GB SSD ;)

2010-10-07 00:30:00 | I need 2 hard drives. One for the OS and the other for the games. | QW. (15883) | |
2010-10-07 00:35:00 | If its big enough partition it | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2010-10-07 00:38:00 | So you are saying, if I got a 1TB hardrive and partitioned it for say 30GB for the OS and the rest for the games. Would the partitioned part for the games show up in windows? | QW. (15883) | |
2010-10-07 00:41:00 | Once you format the partitions, then yup it / the other partition/s will show up in windows. Then you can install whatever on it / them. Altho, I would make the main partition bigger than 30 GB. That'll fill up in no time. I'm using a 1 TB hdd here. Each partition is 250 GB. Thats plenty of space for the OS and whatever else you want to install

2010-10-07 00:46:00 | Could set the windows partition to about 100gb? | QW. (15883) | |
2010-10-07 00:49:00 | You can set it to whatever you want. Like I said the main partition on this is 250 GB. Dont know why, I probably wont use all of it. Since I dont install games on this. I'll use the Xbox instead. Just dont partition all of the hdd in Win7's setup (if this is what you're installing). I found out that you'll waste a lot of hdd space if you do (you'll have to delete the other partitions to make them bigger). Partition it after windows has been installed
