| 867929 | 2010-03-18 08:34:00 | But the other day I found I could not print out a family tree. I am quite happy with the type of family tree which is horizontal and goes from left to right as used in EZT Using XP and a modern printer has made a difference. I work with a couple of legacy DOS programs and when I switched from W98 to W2000 I found that I couldn't print. I then found that a simple solution was to make the image full screen, use Print Screen then dump it into Word via Paste-Special>Picture. If cropping was necessary I put it through an image program first, Paint or IrfanView. I have been producing report-quality documentation ever since from old DOS programs no trouble at all, so if your program still runs in XP this may be a solution for getting a printout.
