| 867631 | 2010-03-16 07:39:00 | "Subject: United Kingdom Employment Appeal Tribunal SUMMARY RELIGION OR BELIEF DISCRIMINATION A belief in man-made climate change, and the alleged resulting moral imperatives, is capable, if genuinely held, of being a philosophical belief for the purpose of the 2003 Religion and Belief Regulations. The belief must be of a similar cogency or status to a religious belief, the ECHR jurisprudence is directly material and the limitations on the concept and extent of a philosophical belief can be derived from that, without the need to place any additional limitation on the nature or source of the belief." |

| 867635 | 2010-03-16 09:05:00 | Actually, R2, the quote makes probably more sense if you substitute "beef" for "belief" SUMMARY RELIGION OR BEEF DISCRIMINATION A beef about man-made climate change, and the alleged resulting moral imperatives, is capable, if genuinely held, of being a philosophical beef for the purpose of the 2003 Religion and Beef Regulations. The beef must be of a similar cogency or status to a religious beef, the ECHR jurisprudence is directly material and the limitations on the concept and extent of a philosophical beef can be derived from that, without the need to place any additional limitation on the nature or source of the beef." |

| 867637 | 2010-03-16 11:08:00 | Beer works too.Beer works for everything. It makes ugly woman look beautiful, it gives you incredible driving skills (go-carting only of course), it gives water a better taste, and its even thirst quenching. It also has aesthetic qualities - nothing better looking than a cold beer in a chilled glass. It loosens women's morals (although it comes somewhat second to a strong cocktail). Beer for president! |

Dead right there karting is much more fun when you have had a few. Sober it is a bit scary when your "mates" are trying to bang you into the wall. Its main claim to fame though is making fat chicks down at pub into lady gaga lookalikes by the end of the night. Beer is life. |
