1456077 2018-11-28 00:24:00 Hi .
Im just wondering whats the process in returning goods to Amazon US ?
Do they deal with couriers & pickup of goods, or do I have to pay for courier back to them

I bought Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones. advertised 95% noise cancelling
actuall noise cancelling is 0% , none , nada . :(

1456078 2018-11-28 02:02:00 Never dealt with Amazon, but it depends on what you want to happen, meaning, refund, replace etc.

Had a look at the Refund page, but the options differ depending on what you want and what the original had listed ( in refunds)

www.amazon.com

also found www.amazon.com

Read "Amazon Global Store Return Policy"

I know with places Like Wish.com, when ever we have had a problem ( thankfully hardly ever) they have simply asked for proof of the fault, and simply refunded the purchase price, didn't want the items back as it would cost more in postage than its worth.
With Aliexpress, had to send back a faulty motherboard once, Had to pay the postage myself  Was more than the damn Motherboard was worth.

1456079 2018-11-28 03:54:00 2 or 3 years ago I bought a book from Amazon.com. The first time I opened it to read it, it fall apart. When I discussed this with Amazon, they instructed me to return it and they in turn would send me a new one. When I inquired as to the cost to do this, I was quoted $NZ200.00. I then reported this to Amazon, they said they would send the replacement book, and I could just keep the 'failed' one. It duly arrived, and guess what? It fell apart quickly too. Needless to say, I have not bought any more hard copy books from Amazon! R.M. (561)

That quoted noise Sony measured inside the foam padding of the ear cup, the cancelled test sound is specified at 12mHz (milliHertz) and sound pressure of 1x-10E7 dB referred to 1picoBar . Fahrenheit . Measured on a Sunday at an altitude of 75,000 M . ;)

Never ordered anything from Amazon. But had really bad experience with Aliexpress. Returned the computer mouse, and paid the postage as well - turned out the mouse had a cursor bug. Now, planning to order a new one from Gearbest. Not sure how they work with refunds and returns though, as I've never had a chance to buy anything yet.

Order from Banggood instead. They are much better with refunds , gearbest have an awefull reputation re warranty claims .
And ALLWAYS use paypal. You can apply for a refund from paypal if the seller ignores warranty claims

With anything bought direct from China, be fully prepared to loose all that you paid.
For a mouse, why even bother. Get one locally.

Ordered a New Lenovo Phone from Aliexpress during their large sale a while back (huge discounts), Sure had to wait 4 weeks (holidays etc) but it arrived and works great, has more bells and whistles than I'll ever use :)
