Ive been buying from BangGood for 3+ years now, usually 1 order per month Their after sales service has been FANTASTIC , for faulty, undelivered etc. my experience goods water damaged in transit: they sent me a replacement : didnt have to return faulty goods goods faulty : they refunded me on several different orders : didnt have to return faulty goods goods ordered but actually out of stock : they contacted me & offered me a refund wrong products sent, they resent the correct product, didnt have to return the incorrect goods Sure they arnt perfect, but buying from Ch, you are buying dirt cheap products , from the other side of the world, from a culture thats completely different to ours. If you are polite when doing warranty requests, and send them video proof, there isnt any issue. Start ranting at them like a madman & Im sure you'll have warranty issues . Cheap Ch products have terrible quality control (a different culture) , many goods are fake(a different culture), allow for that when you buy from them :-) |

| 1456088 | 2018-12-19 06:36:00 | Hi . Im just wondering whats the process in returning goods to Amazon US ? Do they deal with couriers & pickup of goods, or do I have to pay for courier back to them I bought Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones. advertised 95% noise cancelling actuall noise cancelling is 0% , none , nada . :( Probably depends on whether it was sold by Amazon themselves, or someone else selling through Amazon. I've never had to do it, fortunately. Not to sound stupid, but you have verified that you're using them correctly & have the correct expectations? "Noise cancelling" doesn't mean they're going to function like an anechoic chamber. |

Even though Sony claimed 95% reduction, my expectations were realistic. :) Actuall noise reduction was less than full size over ear headphone would block just by sealing off your ears :banana ie actual active noise reduction was allmost zero . What it did do was boost the volume when activated . The cheap & nasties I used to have did actually reduce noise. I now wish I still had them. It was sold via a reseller on Amazon, so I just couldnt be bothered with all the hassles when I looked into the return process . They are Ok as a normal headhone , so thats how I use them. Lesson learnt . |
