869843 2010-03-25 04:07:00 I'm selling 2 Wii games on trademe, one is R18 and the other is R16.

When listing the games a message with a checkbox came up saying something like "If you list a game without showing the NZ rating, your trademe account will be suspended". So I made sure the pics had the ratings on them and I also put R18 / R16 in the titles.

Does the buyer have to prove to me that they are 18/16? What are the legal implications?

869845 2010-03-25 04:18:00 To use trademe you need to be 18 years old, so I assume their would be no legal repercussion for you. As far as you are considered everyone on trademe is 18 years old. Netsukeninja (13296)

Cool, thanks.

This is true. I'm guessing that Trademe wouldn't care about any legal repercussions for me, but would only care about covering their own ass.

Really? I've never listed them.
I've only seen a box come up saying tick to say they are real and not pirated or words to that effect.
