"XT down, hundreds of 111 calls don't go through" etc when in that case the number of calls from real users was around 30 and the rest were from test calls after the network was known to be down. |

They still didn't get through did they and if you were the one making a 111 call I think you would be a little concerned especially if you were getting the crap beaten out of you. |
