Scientology became a Church for two reasons: So that it could continue it's unethical pychiatric practices without being pursued by US Health regulators, ( it could claim exemption under the constitutional right of freedon of religion) and for the immense tax benefits. Scientology was dreamed up by L Ron Hubard a second rate science fiction writer. The Destiny Church whatever it may do is more of a genuine religion than Scientology - what they have in common is that both were founded by egotistical crackpots. |

These reasons may include a number of factors including drugs, alcohol, food additives, medical conditions, environment, brain washing and etc. But I would say that the rule I try to follow is what is called the golden rule which basically means "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Because a member of a group offends do we tar the whole group with the same brush? The logic actually escapes me. I can only discriminate as to the actual person and I do much like I have to make choices every day. If I make the wrong choice I have to wear any consequences thereof. |

Catholic Church in NZ was established on the backs of the Maori who got suckered into stupid western religion. Still, The Born Agains are trying to pass off Taniwha as real and society is accepting it as legitimate. Of course its only as retarded as any other religious rubbish. Apparently Taniwha can be appeased with money as well, What an amazing coincidence. God and Mythical Dragons want money. |
