I believe you can pick up a GTX460 for around $178 US at present, I reckon you will be able to get it for about $150 by the end of the week. The GTX460 is today best bang for buck and probably the lowest performance card you would want to run 1080 on your monitor! SolMiester (139)

I'm thinking of getting one myself actually, the HD5770 I have now is a nice card but I am sick of the drivers (especially the Linux ones)

Fry has 768Mb 460 @ 169, wait til next week, you will get the 1GB version for same price.....the comparison is stock card, 460 clocks up passed 900 core!!

Oh come on, people have 800-1000w PSU, 75c is cool on today's GPU's, get a couple of 480's and then we can talk heaters....
