| 872800 | 2010-04-04 22:55:00 | Good choice of oven it's similar to what I had when I was single, what's wrong with wanting tools a presents? If that's what you need it's a great way to get them as they are expensive. Look after them though and they will last. I have just finally had to replace some of mine after 25 odd years of use as I am a tradesman and use them every day | gary67 (56) | ||

| 872809 | 2010-04-05 01:48:00 | "I thought that was unfair as i dont have a adult male in my house, and im sure if i did he would be complaining about the lack of meals that came out of the kitchen when he was hungry.........sitting in front of one of my 2 32 inch tellys at my house....... are all you guys the same? do you all think females should be stuck in the kitchen?" Beetle; I think your comments may be unfair to some males. I'm beginning to think that womens' lib is partially responsible for what you are now seeing as well. This along with social engineering, political correctness and of course civil unions and the list goes on. Males these days ( in my view ) are thoroughly confused as to their role in the wider society. Men are scared to take up roles such as Scout Leaders ( I did that for years ), School Teachers or Kindergarten Teachers ( Peter Ellis ) and etc. Being in Scouts helped me to be independant in so far as I learned to cook and I have never needed a female to just be around to cook. Things like a "Family unit" don't really add up anymore according to the definition. A family is, or should be a team and work together to acheive the desired objectives. These days though you get one team member who will grow the drugs or import and another member gets the job of selling same. I have one TV and there is a spare out in my shed in case the other dies. |
